Refund Policy

  1. Listing Fee Refunds

    1. Full Refund: If the listing is canceled within 24 hours of submission and before it goes live, a full refund of the listing fee will be issued.
    2. Partial Refund: A partial refund (50%) will be provided if the listing is canceled within 48 hours of submission but has not gone live.
    3. No Refund: No refund will be provided for listings that have already been published on the platform.
  2. Transaction Fee Refunds

    1. Platform Error: A full refund of transaction fees will be issued if a sale is not completed due to a platform error.
    2. Buyer/Seller Withdrawal: If a transaction fails due to buyer or seller withdrawal after the initial agreement, a partial refund (50%) of the transaction fee may be provided, subject to platform review.
    3. Completed Sales: No refund will be provided for completed sales.
  3. Subscription Fee Refunds

    1. Pro-Rated Refund: A pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription if canceled within 7 days of purchase.
    2. Grace Period: For first-time subscribers, a 14-day grace period will apply for a full refund if the subscription is canceled.
    3. No Refund: No refund will be provided for subscriptions canceled after 7 days (or the extended 14-day grace period for first-time subscribers).
  4. Ineligible Listings

    1. Full Refund: A full refund of listing fees will be provided if the platform determines that a listing is ineligible after submission.
  5. Fraudulent Activity

    1. No Refund: No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to fraudulent activity or violation of the platform's terms of service.
    2. Review Process: In cases of suspected fraud, users may request a review by contacting customer support within 15 days of account termination.
  6. Processing Time

    1. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
    2. Expedited Processing: Users may request expedited processing (2-3 business days) for refunds with valid reasons, subject to approval.
  7. Refund Method

    1. Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible.
    2. Alternative Methods: If the original payment method is unavailable, alternative methods (e.g., bank transfer, platform credits) may be offered.
  8. Dispute Resolution

    1. Appeal Process: Users may appeal refund decisions by contacting customer support within 30 days of the transaction.
    2. Third-Party Arbitration: For unresolved disputes, users may opt for third-party arbitration, with the platform covering 50% of arbitration costs.
  9. Changes to Policy

    1. Policy Modifications: The platform reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform.
    2. Notification: Users will be notified via email or platform announcements of significant changes to the refund policy.
